RSS- Rashtriya swayam sevak sangh

 Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is a right-wing, Hindu nationalist, paramilitary volunteer organisation in that is widely regarded as the parent organisation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The organization was founded in 1925 by Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, a physician living in the Maharashtra, as part of the movement against British rule and as a response to rioting between Hindus and Muslims. Hedgewar formed the RSS as a disciplined cadre consisting mostly of upper-caste Brahmins who were dedicated to independence and the protection of Hindu political, cultural, and religious interests. Notable members of the RSS, who are also prominent political leaders, include - Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Eknath Ranade, Narendra Modi, Manohar Parrikar, Nitin Gadkari, Rajnath Singh and Murli Manohar Joshi.

  Senior RSS ideologue and the first spokesperson of the organization Madhav Govind Vaidya died here on Saturday afternoon, his family said. Vishnu Vaidya, his grandson, told that he died at a private hospital at 3.35 pm. "He had contracted coronavirus but recovered from the infection," Vishnu Vaidya said, adding that his health deteriorated suddenly on Friday.

  The last rites of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) ideologue Madhav Govind Vaidya were performed at a crematorium at Nagpur in Maharashtra on Sunday. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, RSS Nagpur Mahanagar Sanghchalak Rajesh Loya, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, former state energy minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, swayamsevaks and many other people attended the funeral.
